The 500-bed, 4-star hotel facility developed for Acun Medya, a company that has achieved great success with its long-standing international TV production activities and infrastructure established in the Dominican Republic, was designed and produced with Consera technologies.
This innovative structure, utilizing Light Steel Frame (LSF) and Volumetric Wet Module (Pod) technologies, was completed in a remarkably short period of 12 months, overcoming various challenges such as high seismic intensity and wind speed, intense and stormy rainfall, and limited access to materials and labor, compared to similar structures built in the region.
