Consera, with its know-how and experience, has developed real estate projects with its steel building systems and modular steel products in order to measure end-user experiences and identify their needs. The experiences of the users in these projects have been researched and valuable data has been created for our R&D activities.

In particular, the housing projects we have developed have contributed a lot to breaking the prejudices against steel structures in our country.

Our own investment project, 35.Sokak, developed in Izmir, is still one of the most intriguing projects in the country and Europe.

We continue to invest in our production capabilities in order to establish eco systems suitable for that purpose by branding the intended use of the buildings to the end users.

Since each type of building (housing, school, hospital, dormitory, hotel, etc.) has a different purpose of use and user group, we work by considering these eco systems separately. The purpose of all these efforts is for our country and the world to have sustainable housing opportunities.

Our modular housing brand Homera, which will offer a new purchasing experience within the housing ecosystem, will be presented to both domestic and foreign markets at the beginning of the new year. In addition, we will launch a new real estate project named “Kuzeybükü”, which will be built with Steel Structure technology in Zekeriyaköy, one of the most exclusive locations in Istanbul, by the end of 2023.

As stated in our values, we want to achieve our goals by providing resources by developing investment projects with the products we produce, while sharing responsibilities through both strategic and financial partnerships.
