At the heart of Consera there lies the pioneering construction and contracting company Akşan Yapı. Founded in 1971, Akşan Yapı entered the industry with construction activities and has since left its mark on numerous domestic and international projects. Subsequently, in 2001, it brought a new dimension to steel production by commencing operations with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons of light steel in Çerkezköy through Akkon Steel. With this colossal capacity, it became Turkey’s largest manufacturer and one of the top three producers in Europe. Now, it holds a crucial position as Consera’s primary supplier.
The rapidly changing lifestyle habits, especially after the pandemic, led to the prominence of the tiny house concept. Consera, as a pioneer in modular construction, added the Mooble House brand to its group of companies. With an annual production capacity of 4,000 Tiny Houses and O2 Europe Type Approval Certificate, the company continues to provide solutions suitable for use as towable caravans on all European roads.
The latest brand brought to life with this innovative approach to the Turkish construction sector is Homera. Homera, Turkey’s leading industrial housing brand, offers a significant alternative to the traditional home ownership method by delivering turnkey solutions in just 90 days.
Consera, which has transformed steel into robust living spaces for years, is now strengthening itself even further to meet the expectations of the sector more comprehensively.
Consera Manifest
As members of a registered engineering and contracting company which was corporated in 1971, we initiated our first transformation by introducing the era of ‘Light Steel Structures,’ a category named by us, in Turkey after the 1999 earthquake as a response to the seismic threat.
Over the course of 23 years, we successfully completed more than 2.5 million m² of projects in Turkey and 32 different countries using this construction system. With the experiences gained, in 2018, we initiated the era of Modular constructions under the brand Consera, marking the new age of construction.
Having adopted the philosophy of “Concerning and emphatizing over people’s Concerns” and placing service to humanity at the forefront of our existence, we, as pioneers of development in our profession, will continue to produce, advise the right path, and grow through sharing.

Consera is Turkey’s first “off-site construction” or “prefabricated building systems” company. In this system, production takes place outside the construction site, differing from conventional building approaches. By manufacturing in a factory and assembling on-site, this approach minimizes the possibility of human errors that may occur during on-site construction.
Projects created with modular structures achieve high quality and durability at a much more cost-effective rate compared to traditional construction methods. Off-site construction has been implemented globally, especially in the hotel sector, for the past 10 years. Many brands from various industries among the world’s largest companies have already entered this sector. In an era where the world sees its future in off-site construction and invests in it, Turkey is also ready for this change.
